Tucked away between the breakfast nook and the sitting area in the master bedroom, this functional outdoor area provides a quiet place to relax and to enjoy the evening breezes without the annoyance of insects. Two stereo speakers provide music from the whole-house audio system installed by Austin Audio. A dedicated volume control is located next to the door from the great room leading to the inviting porch area. Great for barbeques and picnics or just conversation with special friends this award winning porch is just one of the many livable features built into The Christopher. The porch itself is finished with stamped, colored concrete with an Ashlar Slate pattern. This durable application, which matches the front sidewalk, was provided by Cal-Crete Construction.
